Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017.

Some processes documented in the Help & How-To Center are no longer applicable, due to the discontinuation of these CSA modules.

  1. When the Payroll Check Entry window is active, choose Edit > Check List or choose Check List from the F3 or right-click context menu.
  2. To make searching easier, click on any of the column heading buttons to sort the list by check date, check number, employee ID, first name, last name, net pay, or status.
  3. When you locate the check for which you are searching, you may either double-click the check or click the OK button to close the dialog and return you to the Payroll Check Entry window with the selected item as the current detailed check record.
