Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017.

Some processes documented in the Help & How-To Center are no longer applicable, due to the discontinuation of these CSA modules.

Follow these steps to create a new client and set up that client for processing within Trial Balance CS in Creative Solutions Accounting. (For more detailed information about using the active window or dialog, press F1 or CTRL+F1.)

  1. To add a new client, choose File > New Client.
  2. In the Add/Remove Module(s) dialog, mark the Trial Balance CS checkbox (and the other module checkboxes for which you are licensed and that pertain to the selected client).

    Note: This dialog includes all CSA modules for which you are licensed. The Financial Reporter module checkbox should always be marked when creating a Trial Balance CS client. The Financial Reporter module enables you to create and edit financial statements.

  3. Click OK to save the client's information and close the dialog.
