Use the ELF Firm dialog to provide the information about your firm that is necessary for 94x electronic filing.

Choose Payroll Tax Processing from the Utilities menu, and then either click the United States flag (940, 941, or 944) icon in the shortcut bar on the left or choose 940, 941, or 944 from the View menu. From the Setup menu, choose ELF Transmission > Firm. Or, from the Global Payroll Tax Processing window, choose Setup > 94x ELF/FSET Transmission > 94x Firm.
