Retrieve 941 Payroll Data dialog

The Retrieve 941 Payroll Data dialog allows you to easily retrieve employee payroll information for the Form 941 or 941-X from the database.

Choose Utilities > Payroll Tax Processing and then click the United States flag (941 or 941X) icon in the shortcut bar on the left or choose View > 941 or 941X. Choose Tasks > Retrieve Payroll Information while the Form 941 or Form 941-X window is active.

Notes

You can also enter payroll information manually on the displayed 941 or 941-X form, overriding data that has been automatically retrieved. Override data appears in red text in the Form window. To delete override data, choose Edit > Overrides while the form window is active, and then select the appropriate override option.
Data retrieved by the application from the Tasks > Vendor Checks dialog or from the Setup > Form 941 Supplemental Information dialog (or Form 941-X Supplemental Information dialog) appears in green on the forms.
