Use the Direct Deposit tab in the Security dialog to set up the available features for specific users of the optional InterceptEFT Direct Deposit features in CBS. The Security dialog allows you to password protect specific features for users of your client's CBS application and prevent accidental data manipulation or deletions.

From the Accountant's Assistant main window, choose Setup > Security and then click the Direct Deposit tab.

Fields & buttons

Displays the name of the user for which you are setting up security features.

Lists all the available setup options for your client. Choose the options for your client setup and click the Select button to move them to the Selected list. The number at the top of the list indicates the number of options in the list.

Lists all the selected setup options for your client. Choose the options you want to limit for your client setup and click the Remove button to move them to the Available list. The number at the top of the list indicates the number of options you have selected.
