Accountant's Assistant is provided with the CBS Master License.

Prior to or during the import of client data that has been exported from Peachtree, you may specify up to 29 employee payroll deduction and withholding items to use for this client by selecting them from the drop-down lists in the Employee Fields tab of this dialog.

The fields in this tab correspond to the fields in Peachtree (in the Employee tab of the Maintain > Default Information > Employees dialog).

From the CSA Utilities menu, point to Accountant's Assistant and then choose Peachtree. From the Accountant's Assistant main window, choose Setup > Payroll Item List and then click the Employee Fields tab.

Note: Each drop-down list in the grid includes payroll items that have already been defined in CSA (in the Setup > System Configuration > Withholding Items dialog and in the Setup > System Configuration > Deduction Items dialog). By default, the Federal W/H, FICA-SS, FICA-Med, State W/H, Local, and 401(k) Fixed Amount, and Fixed Amount items are already listed in this grid.
