Accountant's Assistant is provided with the CBS Master License.

This dialog opens automatically when you retrieve the client's exported Peachtree data files. Specify the file location for the client's Peachtree export data. If applicable, also specify the Peachtree account mask for locations and/or departments, and then click the Import button.

From the CSA Utilities menu, point to Accountant's Assistant and then choose Peachtree. From the Accountant's Assistant main window, choose Tasks > Retrieve or click the Retrieve button on the shortcut bar.

Note: The exported Peachtree files should be placed in a folder with the same name as the CSA client ID, however that folder should not be referenced in the file location field.

Example: For CSA client ID PEACH whose exported Peachtree files are located in c:\export\PEACH, you should specify c:\export in the Location of Import Data field.
