The Direct Deposit dialog is used to enter information necessary for creating an ACH file for the funding transactions. This information is used for identification by the institution that will receive the ACH file and is required for creating the EPS files that are the components of an ACH direct deposit file.

From the CSA main window, choose Utilities > Funding, and then choose Setup > Direct Deposit from the Funding dialog.

Note: Much of the information to be entered on this display should be provided to you by the bank to which the ACH file will be transmitted.

If you will be combining EPS files for multiple clients into one ACH file, the information in the Immediate destination bank ID, Immediate origin, and Reference code fields must be the same for each client to be included in the ACH file.
