The Add > Remove Module(s) dialog allows you to select the CSA module(s) available for the selected client.
From the File > New Client dialog or the File > Client Properties dialog, click the Add > Remove Module(s) button. Mark the checkbox for each CSA module you want to use when processing data for this client.
Special information
- For after-the-fact payroll, mark the checkbox for the Payroll Compliance module.
- For live, calculating payroll, mark the checkbox for Payroll CS and the checkbox for the Payroll Compliance module.
For licensed users of Accountant's Assistant
- If you are setting up a CBS client, you must mark both the General Ledger module checkbox and the Payroll Compliance module checkbox. Selection of other CSA modules is optional.
- If you are setting up a client from whom you will be importing QuickBooks data, you must mark the General Ledger module checkbox. Selection of other CSA modules is optional. See Setting up a CSA client for QuickBooks Pro data import.
