Use the Accruable Benefits dialog to add (or to delete) the types of benefits that an employee may accrue, such as holiday, personal time, sick time, vacation, and so forth. This information is global and is therefore available for use with any payroll client. You may then specify the accrual definitions for each client at the template or the employee level.

Choose Setup > System Configuration > Accruable Benefits.
