Important reminder!

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

Use the Export dialog to export your reports to a selected file format. For all reports, you may choose to export to ASCII or DIF file format. For the Data Entry Worksheet, you may also choose to export to Excel file format, which can then be imported into the Payroll Check Entry window via the Excel time entry import utility.

Choose Export from the Utilities menu.

Special information

Selections made in the Utilities > Export dialog are saved.

Also, if the Save Report Options checkbox is marked on the Print tab of the Setup > User Preferences dialog, the option selections (when accessed either from the File > Print dialog or from the Utilities > Export dialog) are saved for the client. Otherwise, all print options return to their default settings when you close the Print dialog or the Export dialog.
