The Contact tab of the Advanced Properties dialog allows you to enter information needed to contact clients. The contact information is used as the default information for W-2 and 1099 form processing.

From the File > New Client dialog or the File > Client Properties dialog, click the Advanced Properties button. In the Advanced Properties dialog, choose the Contact tab.
