Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

Payroll Compliance module

Use the W-2c Form Processing dialog to correct and resubmit W-2s. Also use this dialog to choose print options, to select the employees for whom you wish to print W-2c copies, and also to create W-2c files.

Choose Utilities > W-2 Form Processing > W-2c Processing and then specify the year.

Fields & buttons

Indicates the name of the currently selected or default printer.

Opens a dialog where you can select a different printer to use as your default printer.

If you are a licensed user of the FileCabinet CS application and FileCabinet CS is installed on your machine, you may mark this checkbox to store an electronic copy of the selected form(s) in your FileCabinet folder.

Opens the W-3c form in the Preview window.

Opens Copy A of the W-2c in the Preview window.

Initiates printing of forms on the selected printer(s) and W-2c file creation (if selected).
