Fields & buttons
You may choose portrait or landscape as the default page orientation.
To change the default margins, click the up/down arrow, or type the margin width in the appropriate field. You may specify margin widths between 0.25 and 2.50 inches.
To center the statement horizontally or vertically, mark the appropriate checkbox(es).
Choose the appropriate options to have the headers/footers print on all pages, all but the first page, or only the first page.
You may mark the Always prompt for rounding options when creating new financial statements checkbox. The client's Chart of Accounts mask determines which rounding option is available (Regular, Location). If you mark this checkbox, the application will present a Rounding Options dialog when you create a new statement for a selected client.
To place a border around the statement, choose one from the drop-down list. An illustration of the selected border is displayed below the Border field. To place a border around specific cells in the statement, highlight the appropriate cells and choose Format > Borders.
Choose a paper size from the drop-down list in the Paper size field.
