After you have selected the column titles for the Employee Spreadsheet Import dialog, click OK to continue with the process. You may enter a unique setting name or description in the Save Spreadsheet As field in the Save Spreadsheet Settings dialog, which enables you to recall the format of the column titles (including their order and definitions) to use again in the future when importing spreadsheet data.

Spreadsheet settings are global (applicable to all clients) rather than client-specific.
