Important reminder!

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

After you have pasted (or manually entered) the data into the Spreadsheet Import dialog, click OK to continue with the process. You may enter a unique setting name or description in the Save Spreadsheet as field in the Save Spreadsheet Setting dialog, which enables you to recall this same format of the column titles (including their order and definitions) to use again in the future when importing spreadsheet data.

Spreadsheet settings are global (applicable to all clients) rather than client specific.

Note: To import the spreadsheet data into the CSA Chart of Accounts, the data must include (in separate columns) at least one Account number and one Account type.
