Use the Delete Record(s) from File dialog to delete specific records within EFTPS payment files.

Choose Utilities > EFTPS Batch Filer Export. In the EFTPS Batch Filer Export dialog, click the File Maintenance button. Select a payment record, and then click the Edit File button.
