Important reminder!

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

This dialog can be used to specify that the selected employee is to use a federal, state, or local tax non-periodic percentage rate that differs from the calculation profile. When you set up a non-periodic tax percentage in this dialog, the program refers to it before looking to the Calculation Profile dialog. If nothing is entered here, the program will use the Calculation Profile setting.

When the Employees window is active and you are in Add or Edit mode (rather than Browse mode), choose Non-Periodic Tax Rates from the Edit menu or from the right-click context menu.
