Some processes documented in the Help & How-To Center are no longer applicable, due to the discontinuation of these CSA modules.

This report provides information on the status for all or for selected engagement clients. Status information printed on the report includes the client ID, engagement name, engagement date, and completion status. For audit engagements, the report also includes the report release date and number of days remaining before the engagement must be wrapped up. The % Complete column displays the percentage of engagement documents signed off by the reviewer, and a final column indicates whether the engagement has been archived.

From either the CSA main window or the Engagement CS workspace, choose Utilities > Engagement Status Report.

The report omits data for any clients that are currently in use within the program but lists them with the notation "Client not processed - in use."


  • To process information for this report, the program completes a detailed search through all client data in the engagements data folder; the process may take a substantial amount of time if there are a large number of clients and engagements on file.
  • If the program is running on a network, we recommend that you have other users exit the program before processing this report. Client files are temporarily locked during processing of this report.

Select the engagement clients that you would like to include in the report.

Click the Send to Filebutton to send the client engagement in Portable Document Format (PDF) to your local hard drive or network location.
