Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017.

Some processes documented in the Help & How-To Center are no longer applicable, due to the discontinuation of these CSA modules.

Use the buttons in the Help/Repair dialog to remove staff locks or engagement locks if the engagement remains inappropriately locked (for example, following a nonstandard system shutdown of your computer that leaves the client or staff locks open).

Note: Prior to deleting the lock files, it is important to verify that no staff members are working in the current engagement.
