Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. Use the E-Verify Setup dialog to enter information from Form I-9 for the active client's newly hired employees, for subsequent transmission via CS Connect for electronic verification using the E-Verify (Employee Eligibility Verification) program.

From the Setup > Employees window, choose E-Verify Employee Setup from the Edit menu or from the HF or right-click context menu.

Fields & buttons

Most of the fields in this dialog are made accessible based on the selections specified in the drop-down lists for the first two fields, Citizenship Status and Document Type.

Specify the following information as appropriate for the selected employee, based on the information included on Form I-9. You can use the navigation buttons at the top of the dialog to move quickly through the client's list of employees.
