A report profile is a feature that helps you save time if you need to repeatedly print the same set of forms or reports for the client. It works much like a template by letting you pre-define the specific reports you will want, in the exact collation sequence, and with the specific print options that you choose. Then, whenever you are selecting reports to print, you can select an existing profile as if it were a single report.

From the File > Print dialog, click the Profile button. Use the Profile dialog to enter a name for a new profile, to update the collation sequence for an existing profile, to change report options, or to delete an existing profile. To create a new report profile, select the forms and reports you wish to include before clicking the Profile button.
