Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017.

Some processes documented in the Help & How-To Center are no longer applicable, due to the discontinuation of these CSA modules.

If necessary, you may rename a client's ID.

Choose File > Rename, highlight the client, and then click the Rename button. When the Rename dialog opens, verify the existing client ID and enter a unique new ID for the selected client.

A password-protected client will not appear in the Rename Client dialog unless it is currently open.
