Important reminder!

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

Use the Utilities > Export to Accounting CS dialog to create an export file that consists of selected client specific and/or global statements that can be converted into Accounting CS.

From the Financial Statement Editor window, choose Utilities > Export to Accounting CS.

Note: You must complete the conversion of client data from CSA prior to exporting financial statements. For information, see the PDF document titled Conversion Guide: Financial Statement Files from CSA to Accounting CS.

Creating an export file

  1. In the Focus statement listing groupbox, mark the Client-specific statements and/or the Global statements checkboxes.
  2. Double-click one or more of the financial statements listed in the left (Available) pane to move them to the right (Selected) pane, or click the Select All button. .
  3. Click OK to create an export file that consists of the selected financial statements.
