Use the Grouping Schedule Subcode dialog to specify subcodes in a grouping schedule. Assigned subcodes appear in alphabetical order within the grouping schedule code. You may use any combination of characters when designating a grouping schedule code or subcode, except for double quotes ( " ), commas ( , ), and pipes ( | ).

Choose Setup > Grouping Schedules to open the Grouping Schedules dialog. While in Edit mode, click the button associated with a code in the Grouping Schedule Details grid.
