To specify the program features in Engagement CS that should be accessible by all members of the selected group, mark the appropriate checkboxes in the Engagements tab of the Group Privileges dialog.
When adding a new group, all checkboxes are cleared as the default setting. Note that if a checkbox is cleared, access to a feature is denied for all staff members of the group.

Engagement CS

Notes
- If the Edit general engagement properties checkbox is marked for existing groups, then the following checkboxes will also be marked, otherwise all four checkboxes will be cleared by default.
- Edit staff assignments
- Edit workpaper assignments
- Edit staff privileges
- With a new installation of the program, all of the privileges listed in the previous bullet will be marked for the Administrator's group.
