Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017.

Some processes documented in the Help & How-To Center are no longer applicable, due to the discontinuation of these CSA modules.

Choose Help > Repair and then click the License Disk tab to create copy of your license information that contains the most recent Creative Solutions Accounting licenses installed to the program location on your computer.

From the CSA main window, choose Help > Repair. In the Repair dialog, click the License Disk tab.
