Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

The Indiana Counties dialog allows you to assign a locality to an Indiana county for proper placement on Form WH-3. In the County column, use the drop-down lists to select any counties to be assigned to the localities listed in the Locality column. When counties are assigned, click the Done button to save your changes and close the Indiana Counties dialog.

Choose Utilities > Payroll Tax Processing, and then either click the IN state flag icon on the shortcut bar or choose View > Indiana. Choose Setup > Counties when the Indiana payroll tax processing window is active. Or, from the Global Payroll Tax Processing dialog, choose Setup > Indiana Counties.

Note: Localities are initially configured in the Local Tax Information dialog, available by choosing Setup > System Configuration > Payroll Tax Information > Local.
