Important reminder!

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017.

For details, see CSA license expiration 2017 – frequently asked questions.

Some processes documented in the Help & How-To Center are no longer applicable, due to the discontinuation of these CSA modules.

Transmitting W-2s, W-4 information, or check stubs via CS Connect automatically creates an employee portal for your client's employees. Employees can log into their portals using the following URL. https://secure.netlinksolution.com/webemployee.jsp.

You will need to provide the employees with your firm ID, the CSA client ID, their CSA employee ID, and the password you have set up for them in the Web Employee Passwords dialog (Utilities > Web Employee Utilities > Password). Employees, once logged into their portals, can click the appropriate links to update their W-4 information, view their check stubs in HTML format, and view W-2s as Adobe Reader files.
