The Maintain Electronic Transaction Files dialog, which is a standard double-list display, is used to create an ACH file from one or more EPS files. Once created, ACH files can then be transmitted to financial institutions, allowing the transfer of funds by electronic direct deposit.
From the CSA main window, choose Utilities > Direct Deposit.
Note: NACHA implemented new rules and formats for international ACH transactions (IAT), effective September 18, 2009. ACH transactions for domestic banks are not affected by this change, but please note that the application does not currently support the ability to create international ACH transactions. For more information on IAT, please refer to the Federal Reserve Board FAQ at www.frbservices.org/help/fedach_iat.html.
