The Web Employee Log provides detail of transmissions (via CS Connect) to employee portals. Note that the log is not client-specific but includes W-2 copy and check stub transmissions and W-4 information updates to all Web Employee portals.

The log lists the client ID, type, date and time of the transmission, the result code (OK or ERROR), and a short description of any transmission errors that might have occurred. The log maintains information for the past 90 days of transmissions.

From the CSA main window, choose Utilities > Web Employee Utilities > View Log.

To print the log, click the Print button or choose Print from the right-click context menu.
