Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017.

Some processes documented in the Help & How-To Center are no longer applicable, due to the discontinuation of these CSA modules.

The Excel/Word tab of the New Document dialog enables you to select a type of Excel or Word workpaper to insert into the current engagement which can be linked to the client's trial balance.

Choose File > New > Document, click the Exce/Word tab of the New Document dialog, and click one of the workpaper options.
