Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For New Jersey employers, use the New Jersey Employer Information dialog to record the disability insurance plan provider number.

Choose W-2 Form Processing from the Utilities menu, and then choose the year you wish to process. With the W-2 Form Processing dialog active, choose New Jersey Employer Information from the Setup menu.

Note: When setting up the New Jersey SDI withholding item, you need to enter DI in the Box 14 description field of the Setup > System Configuration > Withholding Items dialog.

Fields & buttons

Enter the provider number of the employer’s disability insurance plan. (This number prints automatically on a New Jersey W-2 form.)
