The Tickler Parameters dialog allows you to determine the status events for which you receive notification via the Today's Ticklers tab and to configure other Tickler settings.
Fields & buttons
Mark the checkbox(es) next to any events(s) of which you want to be notified via the Today's Ticklers tab.
The Mark All/Unmark All button enables you to select or deselect all events at once.
Mark the checkbox(es) next to any client(s) who should be notified of the events marked in the Events requiring notification list.
By default all clients are marked. The Mark All/Unmark All button enables you to select or deselect all clients at once.
Use this field to specify the amount of forewarning (up to 30 days) you want to receive for the selected event(s). For example, to be reminded three days before a selected event, enter 3 in this field.
If you do not want overdue events included in the Events requiring notification list, mark this checkbox.
If you want CSA to open the Client Status dialog when you start the program, mark this checkbox.
