When ELF files are queued for transmission, use the PIN Information dialog to indicate if you are filing as a reporting agent or to enter, confirm, and optionally save the appropriate client PIN.

Choose Payroll Tax Processing from the Utilities menu, and then either click the United States flag (940 or 941) icon in the shortcut bar on the left or choose 940 or 941 from the View menu. Choose File > Print, mark the Queue for Transmission checkbox on the Print Tax Forms dialog, and then click the OK button.

If there are errors in the 940/941 electronic filing data when you click OK to queue the data for transmission, the ELF data errors dialog will display a list of errors.
