Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. Use this command to send year-to-date payroll checks to Web Employee portals (for Payroll CS clients only). If you would like to transmit check information for the prior year, you can move to the last period of the prior year and then use this command. These checks will not be transmitted to employee portals until you send them via CS Connect.

Note: All year-to-date check information is sent with the transmission so that any edits or changes to checks from previous periods will also be updated.

From the CSA main window, choose Utilities > Web Employee Utilities > Queue Web Employee Check Information.
