Important reminder!

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017.

For details, see CSA license expiration 2017 – frequently asked questions.

Some processes documented in the Help & How-To Center are no longer applicable, due to the discontinuation of these CSA modules.

Most monitors do not need to be specially configured because CSA is designed for standard display settings. To check your settings, follow these steps.

  1. Right-click on the desktop and choose Properties.
  2. In the Display Properties dialog, click the Settings tab and specify the following settings:
    • Resolution: 1024 by 768 pixels or higher
    • Color settings: 256 colors or higher
    • Font size: normal or small fonts
  3. Click OK to save the new settings and then confirm that you want to apply the new settings.

Notes

  • Depending on your operating system, you may need to click the Advanced button or the Appearance tab of the Display Properties dialog to access your font settings.
  • If you change your color setting, you may be prompted to restart your computer to complete the process.
