The Florida Supplemental Information dialog allows you to enter additional information unique to the Florida form processing requirements.

Choose Utilities > Payroll Tax Processing, and then either click the FL state flag icon on the shortcut bar or choose View > Florida. Choose Setup > Supplemental Information when the Florida payroll tax processing window is active.
