Important reminder!

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

Some states determine taxable wages by deducting a portion of FICA or federal withholding from gross wages, or by multiplying gross wages by a specific percentage. Use the Wage Adjustments tab of the State Tax Information dialog to enter setup information for Payroll CS to use when calculating withholding amounts for these states during payroll check processing.

Note: This dialog takes into consideration special Missouri requirements.

Choose Setup > System Configuration > Payroll Tax Information > State. In the State Tax Information dialog, click a state or other jurisdiction to select it and then choose the Wage Adjustments tab.
