Use the Columns tab within the Adjusting Journal Entries Options dialog to customize the order of columns of the Transactions list and the data entry grid in the Adjusting Journal Entries window.
From the Adjusting Journal Entries window, choose Edit > Options.
Fields & buttons
Lists the order of columns appearing in the summary portion of the journal entry grid in the Adjusting Journal Entries window.
To change the arrangement of the columns in the Adjusting Journal Entries grid, highlight the column that you wish to move and then click the Move Up or Move Down button until the column is located in the desired position. You may rearrange the columns in any order by following this procedure with each column.
The top to bottom arrangement in this dialog will appear as left to right in the grid.
Lists the order of columns appearing in the distributions portion of the journal entry grid in the Adjusting Journal Entries window.
Restores the column order and widths for the transactions list and the journal entry grids to their default settings. Adjusting Journal Entries Options > Columns tab
