This dialog enables you to set up Third-Party Designee information globally for Forms 940, 941, 943, 944, or 945. If the Third-Party Designee checkbox is marked in the appropriate Supplemental Information dialog, specify the applicable Third-Party Designee information by entering their name, PIN, and phone number in the appropriate fields in the Third-Party Designee dialog.

Choose Utilities > Payroll Tax Processing and then click the United States flag (940, 941, 943, 944, or 945) icon in the shortcut bar on the left or choose 940, 941, 943, 944, or 945 from the View menu. From the form window, choose Setup > Third-Party Designee.
