Some processes documented in the Help & How-To Center are no longer applicable, due to the discontinuation of these CSA modules.

You can use the Queue Maintenance dialog to delete payroll worksheets, payroll checks, or state or 94x electronic filing information prior to transmission via CS Connect. If, for example, you created a payroll worksheet prior to receiving the previous one from the NetClient CS portal, or you discover an error in a return after processing, you can delete the files prior to transmission.

For remote payroll processing - From the CSA main window, choose Utilities > Remote Payroll Utilities > Queue Maintenance.

For 940/941/944 electronic filing - From the Payroll Tax Processing window, choose File > ELF Utilities > Queue Maintenance. Or, from the Global Payroll Tax Processing window, choose File > 94x ELF > Queue Maintenance.

For state return electronic filing - From the Payroll Tax Processing window, with the appropriate state selected, choose File > FSET Utilities > Queue Maintenance.
