Payroll Compliance module

The Form Selection tab allows you to select form types and create W-2 or 1099 files.

Choose W-2 Form Processing (or Global W-2 Form Processing) or 1099 Form Processing (or Global 1099 Processing) from the Utilities menu and then click the Form Selection tab.

Paper types available for W-2s and 1099s

Fields & buttons

Select the type of form you want to print. Also, for each form, specify the number of copies you want to print (if more than one) and select the desired paper type and printer.

Mark this checkbox and then click the Print button if you want to queue a PDF copy of the W-2 forms to be sent to the employee’s portal via CS Connect.

If you have not set up an employee password, the default password is set to the employee’s Social Security number in the Utilities > Web Employee Utilities > Password Setup dialog.

Mark this checkbox if you want to create a 1099 file or a W-2 file.

Mark this checkbox to include inactive employees when transmitting W-2 forms to employee portals.
