Important reminder!

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

The Global W-2 Form Processing dialog enables you to select and print W-2 forms for a selected year and for multiple clients, rather than just for the currently selected client. Also use this dialog to choose print options and to select the client(s) for whom you wish to print W-2 copies, as well as to select W-2 file creation.

Choose W-2 Form Processing from the Utilities menu and then choose Global W-2 Form Processing.

This feature will print W-2 forms for all or selected clients, and it will log any errors or irregularities for review once all the clients have been processed. Prior to using Global W-2 Processing to print W-2s for multiple clients, the traditional W-2 processing display for each client should be set up with the appropriate client-specific information.
