Payroll Compliance module

The W-3 Information tab allows you to add or update various client information.

Choose W-2 Form Processing from the Utilities menu, and then click the W-3 Information tab.

Fields & buttons

Enter client’s EIN, name, and complete address.

Enter information in the following fields:

Other EIN. If the client has another identification number, enter it here.

Employer type. Choose the client’s employer type from the drop-down list of available options:

  • Agricultural (943)
  • Household
  • Med. Qualify Govt. Employee
  • Military
  • Railroad (CT-1)
  • Regular (941)

Kind of employer - 501c non-govt. Mark this checkbox to mark the 501c non-govt checkbox on the W-3 form. Leave it unmarked to mark the None Apply checkbox on the form.

FIT w/h by 3rd party. Enter any federal income tax amounts withheld by a third party.

ERP #. Enter the Establishment Reporting Plan number.

Non qual plan covered by Sec. 457. Mark this checkbox if the client participates in a non-qualified plan that is covered by Section 457.

Final return. To indicate a final return for the client, mark this checkbox.

You may use the fields in this section to record current contact information for the client (name, title, phone, fax, email address, and date).
