Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017.

After you have used CS Connect to retrieve W-4 information from one or more NetClient CS portals, downloaded information is available to preview, print, and/or apply for the selected client.

The W-4 Information Import View pane (depending on whether you click the Preview button or the View notes button) displays the entire output from the W-4 information import (with specific changes displayed in red text) or notes entered by the employee. Continue with the import by clicking the Continue button.

When the Setup > Employees window is active and you are in Add or Edit mode (rather than Browse mode), choose W-4 Information Import from the Edit menu or from the right-click context menu.
