Setting up firm preferences is one of the prerequisites to getting started in the application. The steps outlined in the Getting started with Workpapers CS topic will assist you in optimizing your workflow within the application.

Select preferences for each of the following areas in the application by marking checkboxes and selecting various options that are most appropriate for your business needs in the Preferences tab of the Setup > Firm Information > Firm screen.
