Adding a new AdvanceFlow user

If you have administrative permissions in GoFileRoom, you can follow these steps to add a new AdvanceFlow user. 

  1. In GoFileRoom, add the user for access to GoFileRoom and mark the AdvanceFlow User checkbox in the User tab before saving.

    Note: Verify that the staff member for whom you will enable access to AdvanceFlow also has access to the GoFileRoom drawer for which AdvanceFlow is configured. This will typically be the Clients drawer but may vary, depending on your firm's configuration. User access to specific GoFileRoom drawers is determined when setting up GoFileRoom Groups.

  2. In AdvanceFlow, assign the new user to the appropriate security roles.
