Configuring permissions for security roles

  1. If you're not already working with security roles, click the Administration button in the navigation pane, click the Security Security button button, and then click the Roles tab in the Security workspace.
  2. In the Roles pane, select the role for which you want to configure permissions.
  3. Click the tabs at the bottom of the Permissions pane to access the categorized AdvanceFlow permissions. Mark the checkboxes in the Permissions pane to enable permissions for the selected security role; clear checkboxes to disable permissions.

    Note: The Members tab lists the current users who are assigned to the selected role.

  4. When you have finished making changes in the Permissions pane, click the Save Save button button.
