  1. From within the Notes List tab, click the Filter button in the ribbon.
  2. In the Filter Notes dialog, choose the properties by which you want to filter the Notes list.

    Note: If you mark the Display replies for filtered results checkbox, replies for the notes in the filtered results will appear.

  3. Click OK.


  • Filters are cleared automatically when you view another engagement in AdvanceFlow or when you log out of the application.
  • To manually remove filtering from the Notes list, click the Filter button, click the Clear button in the Filter Notes dialog, and click OK.
  • When you save a filter, that filter is available from within all of your firm's engagements.
