Filtering the Notes list

Follow the steps below to customize the Notes List workspace.

  1. Click the Engagements button at the bottom of the navigation pane, and then select the applicable engagement in the navigation pane.
  2. In the Notes List tab, click the Filter button in the ribbon.
  3. In the Filter Notes dialog, choose the properties by which you want to filter the Notes list.
  4. Mark the Display replies for filtered results checkbox to include replies for these notes.
  5. Click Save to make the filter available to you from within all of your firm's engagements.
  6. Click OK.

Notes

  • AdvanceFlow clears unsaved filters automatically when you view another engagement or when you log out of the application.
  • To manually remove filtering from the Notes list, click the Filter button, click the Clear button in the Filter Notes dialog, and click OK.
  • Click the Preferences button in the ribbon to change the selected columns and column order for the Notes pane.
